Overview
We are seeking diligent and skilled individuals to join our clients Transaction Services team. The Transaction Services team plays a critical role in supporting the M&A activities and strategic transactions of the companies clients. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in fast-paced environments.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support due diligence and transaction execution processes
- Analyze financial data, develop financial models, and perform valuation analysis
- Prepare and review transaction-related documentation and presentations
- Support the integration planning and execution processes for completed transactions
- Identify and communicate potential risks and opportunities related to transactions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field - ACA qualification preferred
- A minimum of 3+ years experience in M&A transaction services or financial due diligence
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Knowledge of relevant accounting standards and regulatory requirements
- Full UK working rights (unable to sponsor visas)
