We are seeking a Senior Manager / Vice President with 7–9 years of Corporate Finance or M&A experience and a strong background in the Infrastructure, Utilities, or Energy sectors.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading and supporting M&A transactions from origination through to execution
• Producing company valuations and detailed financial models
• Preparing compelling materials for clients and internal stakeholders
• Attending meetings and engaging with clients and third-party advisors
• Conducting deep-dive market and sector analyses to identify new opportunities
• Mentoring junior colleagues and contributing to a collaborative, high-performing culture

What You’ll Bring

• 7–9 years of M&A experience, ideally in infrastructure, renewables, or utilities
• Experience from an investment bank, boutique advisory firm, or Big 4 Corporate Finance team
• A track record of deal execution, with the ability to demonstrate your experience via a deal sheet
• Strong financial modelling and presentation skills

M&A Associate – Tech Team

The Firm:

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading, global mid-market bank with an extensive track record in completing successful M&A transactions on behalf of its clients. The team’s senior bankers leverage comprehensive industry knowledge and relationships to maximise value for a wide range of global technology companies.

Key responsibilities:

Support the execution of technology and software M&A mandates and the origination of new business development leads. Other responsibilities in supporting the execution of active investment banking engagements will include:

• Preparing, analysing and explaining companies historical and projected financial information and business plans
• Coordinating and performing business due diligence
• Preparing marketing materials e.g. management presentations, marketing pitches, and other presentations
• Valuing companies and businesses
• Assisting in the marketing and planning of M&A engagements
• Coordinating and conducting business due diligence
• Supervising and coaching junior staff members in the completion of presentations, research and financial analyses, ensuring their development according to team and firm standards

Qualifications:

• Must have at least 4- 5 years of M&A deal execution experience from an Investment Bank, Boutique Advisory Firm or from Big 4 Corporate Finance/ M&A Team.
• Proven track record of M&A transaction experience with mid-market Technology companies
• Demonstrable knowledge of M&A processes
• Financial acumen and ability to value Technology companies based on their financial profile, strategic relevance, technology attractiveness and end market attractiveness
• Aptitude for financial analysis, interpretation and presentation in marketing materials
• Able to work in complex situations and deliver results.
• Problem solving aptitude
• Able to manage multiple engagements and shifting priorities
• Creativity and ability to innovate / think out of the box
• Excellent oral and written communication skills. Can build rapport with clients
