M&A Associate – Healthcare Team
My client is an incredibly successful mid-market investment bank that provides mergers & acquisitions, capital advisory and valuation services to their clients which include private equity and public & private clients. Their Healthcare sector team is actively looking to hire an Associate at any level with 4 – 6 years of M&A Sell Side deal experience to join this incredibly busy and fast-growing team that has a strong pipeline of deals within Healthcare and Pharma services.
Key responsibilities:
Your main responsibilities will be to support the execution of M&A mandates for their corporate and private equity clients, other responsibilities will include:
- Preparing marketing materials e.g. management presentations, marketing pitches, and other presentations
- Valuing companies and businesses
- Gathering public information through numerous sources
- Assisting in the marketing and planning of M&A engagements
- Coordinating and conducting business due diligence
- Creating financial model analyses
- Drafting marketing documents for clients
- Supervising junior staff members in the completion of presentations, research and financial analyses.
Qualifications:
- Must have at least 4 – 6 years of proven M&A sell-side deal execution experience from a boutique advisory or from a BIG 4 Accountancy firm within the Healthcare sector.
- Demonstrable knowledge of M&A processes
- Aptitude for financial analysis, interpretation and presentation in marketing materials
- Able to work in complex situations and deliver results.
- Problem solving aptitude
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Proactivity, energy and enthusiasm. Able to make things happen, both internally and in transaction executions
- Eagerness and ability to learn quickly
